Ophthalmology is proud to offer Advanced Access to quality eye
care Monday through Friday, including Same-Week Appointments, Same-Day
Appointments and Walk-Ins.
Advanced Access is dependent on the type of appointment
you require and limited by the time of day you call and
physician availability. We will work diligently to get in you in as quickly
as possible and
welcome you to call for more information.

service staff to have your questions answered and to schedule your
appointment, or use the online form (below). Depending
on the nature of your appointment, the time required for your appointment
may vary. For example, a comprehensive eye examination and required
testing may take two - four hours. Post-operative care examinations
typically take about 30 minutes.

Please bring to your appointment:

complete list of current medications, including your dosage and how
often you take each medication.

current eyewear including your eyeglasses, contact lenses and your
latest eyewear prescription.

insurance plan cards including Medicare and private pay
coverage.

referral form from your primary care physician, if required by your
insurance carrier.
- Your exam may require that your eyes be dilated. For your comfort and safety,
we recommend you bring someone with you to drive you home after your visit.
Payment and Insurance: Co-payments
are due on the day of your visit. For your convenience, we accept
cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
